Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of merchandise unless the goods have been incorrectly embellished, materially flawed, or damaged in shipment. However, it is our goal to provide our customers with the highest quality products and resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction. We are commited to working with the client to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the final version of products he or she receives.

Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please contact us at 480-606-2386. We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom-embellished.

If your items have been incorrectly embellished, materially flawed, or damaged in shipment, please contact us at returns@creativeglitz.com or at 480-606-2386 within five (5) business days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for replacement of damaged goods, a credit to your account, or a cash refund.
